By accessing or using the services provided by Selma Fencing Works, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services or website.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including fence installation, repair, and related services in Selma, Alabama and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

Selma Fencing Works provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services. Our services include but are not limited to wood fences, vinyl fences, chain-link fences, aluminum fences, pool fencing, and commercial fencing solutions.

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, materials, weather conditions, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are estimates based on information available at the time. Final pricing may vary if project scope changes, unexpected conditions are discovered, or additional work is requested.

Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. We will notify you of any price changes before proceeding with work.

Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We accept various payment methods and require payment according to the agreed schedule.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring property lines are accurately marked and that all necessary permits are obtained before work begins. You must disclose any known underground utilities, sprinkler systems, or other buried infrastructure on your property.

You must provide clear access to the work area and ensure pets are secured during installation. You are responsible for any damage to underground utilities if they were not properly marked or disclosed.

If you need to reschedule or cancel service, please provide at least 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor as outlined in your service agreement. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product.

Our warranties do not cover damage caused by severe weather events, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, or modifications made by others. Normal wear and tear is expected over time.

To make a warranty claim, contact us within the warranty period with photos and a description of the issue. We will assess and address valid warranty claims promptly.

Limitation of Liability

Selma Fencing Works carries appropriate insurance for our operations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services rendered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, acts of God, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Property Damage

We take great care to protect your property during installation. However, some minor lawn disruption is normal during fence installation. We will restore landscaping to a reasonable condition upon completion.

Any damage to your property caused by our negligence will be promptly addressed and repaired at our expense. You must report any damage within 7 days of project completion.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Selma Fencing Works website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Selma Fencing Works and protected by copyright laws.

You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission. Custom fence designs created for your project may be used in our marketing materials unless you request otherwise.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us directly so we can work together to find a solution. Most issues can be resolved through open communication.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be subject to binding arbitration in Dallas County, Alabama, or through small claims court if the amount qualifies.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The updated terms will be posted on our website with a new effective date.

Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Alabama.
